Support won’t answer questions
I have been having an issue with sync between my iPhone and Mac for several weeks. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times on both devices, and this did not fix the issue. I’ve been tweeting to @echofon over the course of several weeks, and they have yet to acknowledge me. I’ve visited their support page and started a discussion which they have yet to reply to. I love this thing when it works, but apparently when it doesn’t, good luck getting them to help you.
